Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • Access is provided to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest, including:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!), Vineyard, Food and Wine served
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • All visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

Fees and Payments

  • There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (max $175) in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. Hours: Thur & Fri 4p-10p, Sat & Sun 1p-7p.
  • Firewood may be added by reaching out more than a week in advance. Two wrapped bundles and a firestarter are provided for $25/night.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 59 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The home offers a well-stocked kitchen with utensils needed to cook meals. There is a starter set of paper products: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are intended for one or two nights. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Free parking is available.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The front door includes a Ring doorbell for safety.
  • Construction may be ongoing in several neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm, Monday-Saturday.
